Mine didn't come with an otp, however I did get a "proof of delivery". Anyway, it wouldn't have mattered since Meta doesn't respond to PP disputes so it's still ez win.

update: Do not open investigation with meta for EB/DNA if you're planning to do pp charge back, it will be sent to their investigation team and they might later notice that there was a chargeback and they'll brick the device.
had to go through a lot of trouble to get it unsuspended
