No, just that it was delivered there. I asked if they had a signature or something and they didn't.
I'm trying to do it through Paypal, can it work ?

Could it work to call them and change your story to Manufacturer Empty Box? Maybe you could close the deal without the rep looking at your history. I know amazon checks everything on the fly but maybe google reps don't.
I'm also thinking about refunding a Google Pixel using DNA or MEB and I also am from Italy! lots of Italian refunders lol.

Nope, he buzzed, I went out and took the package from his hands.
He didn't ask for a signature or photo.

The driver's word holds no value to confirm receipt of goods, hence the DNA Is good to go.

Yeah sure I know that, but Google doesn't care. As I said, they are adamant that it was delivered and won't refund me.
