this sounds shit, wonder if its the same for EVRI. ordered mine last Thur and the dickhead courier has still not delivered it lol, if ive missed out on this because of that imma be pissed.

Just use another box or plastic bag?? You don't need to return them in the exact same box they were shipped in.

Sorry am I missing something? When they say they’re collecting the box, are they not in about the delivery box + the box the item was supposed to be In? They going to accept a return of some sunglasses in a plastic bag??

When they want to do a investigation as far as I’m aware, they collect the box with the contents that you received so you’ll be left with just a pair of sun glasses, I can’t see you being able to return them on there own.

No, they are just talking about the shipping box. They aren't going to take the glasses case as well. Plus, you can just ignore the shipping person if they actually come to collect the box

When they want to do a investigation as far as I’m aware, they collect the box with the contents that you received so you’ll be left with just a pair of sun glasses, I can’t see you being able to return them on there own.

No, they just want to collect the shipping box, you keep the contents of the box and just give them the brown shipping box with nothing in it

any update on this? they have told me the same, but are longing out actually going through with it, havent heard from them in a few days after a few calls/emails ):<
