Microsoft works for an Xbox SE. FTID is needed.

Ftid3 modifying receiver address, fake sender and qrmaxicode, and leaving barcode and tracking number intact? Possible to just make the label alone without scans/insiders?

They replyed again repeating the same thing of the last email of some day ago.
That they received the wrong item and they will dispose of that, that bottles are found in the box, and that ups thinks it’s a fraudolent shipping. This time they added that they close the case and no more investigations will be done.
Now, I don’t know if let this die here, or just keep insisting that i just shipped the consolle in the right way and i want it back. And maybe say that i will take legal action against them (that i will not take Smile
Someone here has been in a similar situation and continued to insist? (Someone that has really lost a consolle in some strange way i think it would insist until death Smile
Thoughts? @mothered

For the approach you used you need to insist until death, or at least for a month or two; think that you for real had an xbox and someone scammed you changing it with some bottles of water, would you really give up at the first no? Ask for the case to be escalated to higher managers and see what happens

That they received the wrong item
I'm not surprised one bit.

That's why I've stated this:

I've previously stated here that It should not be done.
(04-16-2023, 02:38 AM)mothered Wrote: Personally, I wouldn't add water bottles.

Unless they're half-asleep on the job, they'd simply say you've returned Incorrect goods.

But you were adamant with this:

Can you see why It's paramount to formulate your method on realistic grounds?

Italiano anche tu? Smile
Yepp that’s what i was thinking, if this happened for real a customer would insist for months (I admit that after a month it begins to be frustrating😅).
My case has already been escalated and closed, i don’t know if they can open it again.
My question is, if I insist i could put myself in some sort of trouble? Like ups calling me, or they or M$ reporting me to authorities? But i don’t think they would push it so far…

Yup, i expected that they would say that they found an incorrect item, but i expected and hoped they sided the customer over the courier :/

I don't think they will report u to authorities,
you can push until they accept, it can work but be REALLY long
Or just give up and retry with another serial number and another id/adress (and ofc a method that have already worked for someone)

RE: Xbox serial method for warranty exploitation advice - giacobmx - 04-20-2023

I opened another chat and the operator opened another case again, i said that i find offensive that ups consider the shipment as fraudulent and i asked what proof can they give to me about that, and i hope that they can help me without me reporting this to the authorities. The operator took my side and said that in his opinion this time should go well, and that he involved his menager and their superiors are aware of my case.
They should contact me in about three days after investigation.
The most difficult part about this, is that it’s like to talk to stupid bots instead of people who can think, end everytime you start from the beginning 😅
