If It was purely your first refund, clearly they cannot justify their decision.

they keep saying they can't grant me a refund (dont have access to the account anymore cant say the exact phrase), after a lot of spam they just ignore me in the chat. Next time i'm gonna go for Deliveroo last time i hit them it went smoothly.
It's not difficult to answer a simple question.

They clearly messed up, hence they've totally Ignored your concerns.

It sounds to me like they are linking the new account to the old accounts. Something has remained constant with the old accounts and the new one you have created

It could be the app tied to your phone ID through App Store. Maybe a new account plus new info. Not sure what other info they take. It would be interesting if they recording Mac ids or anything else.

There is a very high chance of this. Why dont you use a computer and use VPNs + a containerized browser.

yeah told them that was my first refund on this account.... still it didn't work. I have the feeling that uber eats can identify my phone even if i'm ordering from a safe navigator

If you said "on this account" to the rep they would know you had other accounts.
