I've simply elaborated on your comment below.

Haven't we already discussed this?

yes we did discuss this, but I don't want to send back an empty box. I want to apply your method described in your blog, which involves substituting the weight with items such as rolls of tape etc... (I read your blog, it says this: "Let's start by assuming that you are going to do social engineering with a pair of Nike Air Max Tailwind sneakers weighing 550 grams, which is too heavy to send the box by itself. Obviously, you'll need to replace the weight with merchandise equal to (or very close to) that of the sneakers, and instead of dry ice, "you'll pack merchandise that matches what the collection points and carriers have on hand," such as a few rolls of packing tape. If you've ever worked in a warehouse, you know exactly what I'm referring to - whether it's clear or brown tape, it doesn't matter. Both serve the same purpose."
Doesn't this method with tape work? In your blog, it clearly states that it can work unless the object weighs 50kg or is a house.

Yes It does work, but for obvious reasons, It's not as effective as dry Ice.

Okay, I see. I'm thinking of going with the boxing method, but without the dry ice and therefore putting rolls inside the package. Having never done this method, I still have some questions. I pack the box as if I was really sending something, I close it. Then I (cut?) the packaging let's say parallel to the planned opening, so from underneath, I place the rolls of tape (any one, store bought?) inside checking that the weight corresponds to the original weight, then I close the hole I cut with rolls of tape of another color than the one previously used is this right?

They won't receive the Item, so the reason for the return can be whatever you like.

Of course, It must comply with their return policy.

I just received this as a result of my return request.
Dear customer,

Regarding your order, we have noted that you originally stated that you did not receive the package - delivered with a signature and identification.

Since you are now attempting to return the item that you claim was missing, we consider this to be fraudulent behavior and a violation of our return and e-commerce policy.

As a result, we have prevented you from making purchases from NB on our European websites and we will not provide you with a return label.

If you choose to return the item(s) by any other means as part of this order, we will not refund you or return the items to you.

We hope to have informed you accordingly.

I asked what evidence they were using to support my fraudulent behavior, but they won't send me a return label. This is nonsense, despite a solid and non-refutable excuse, they refuse. I feel like I'm attacking my government wtf

They answer this :
As previously stated, no returns/refunds are accepted for order () due to suspected fraud; therefore, you have been blacklisted from making future purchases from NB on our European websites and we will not provide you with a return label.

Please be advised that this request is closed and will not be responded to further.

@mothered any suggest ? I take the L or chargeback by PayPal ? They have no rights to refuse my return.

What exactly did you state as the reason for the return?
