I was going to use sy*toned (not sure if I'm allowed to say the name), but he told me that he couldn't guarantee a refund, so I just ended up just returning it normally.

Glad I was able to share my experience with others, thinking of trying saks next.

No refund Is guaranteed but If he was more so Indecisive about It, then you did the right thing by not using his service.

Im doing a Similar SE for airpod pros from apple, im in the middle of a shipping investegations, apple is really dragging their feet with useless replys and even just not responding to me sometimes when going through chat support

Apple's customer support Is becoming similar to Amazon - Irrelevant and lengthy replies and at times, entirely failing to communicate.

Don't give In, keep pushing them.

The refund finally hit my account, apples replies were pretty useless for the most part and all I had to do was send a picture of the empty box . They made sure to sting out the process as long as possible and its gets really annoying explaning the situation again and again to different agents but compared to others I would say went pretty well
