They said they cannot validate my police report since it was online so they are not going refund me???? Probably going to go to the station tomorrow and explain to the police and make another police report

I'ma try calling Amazon in a couple of days and escalate my claim.

I actually called a different department (people who are in charge of online report) today and two people told me different answers. One said I can give consent through my supplemental report. The supplemental report is going to take 10 business day, which is too long. So I called to see if there was a faster way. He said they can never give out information about my online report to Amazon. When I told him about the consent through the supplemental report, he was surprised cause he never heard about that. He said he is the least experienced in the department but he knew a lot about the Amazon police report process. He was explaining the Amazon police report procedure to me and trying to give me solutions. He said its a tricky situation

After 1 month of dealing with the police and amazon, I finally got my refund today. The person I talked to on Amazon basically just gave me a refund and didn't ask for a police report. Wasted my time with this police report stuff lmao. Does Amazon send a confirmation email about the refund or do they just refund?
