They failed to fulfil their role as a carrier service to ensure the package made Its way to the "recipient" (yourself) by personally handing It to you. Given they're so sure of the package making Its way to the correct recipient, photographic evidence of that must be provided.

They're not In a position to determine the events within your household, so you can certainly use that strategy.
I'm afraid as the coordinates place the driver outside the correct property and they have stated "there are previous deliveries that match the disputed delivery.", there is nothing further that we can do, photo evidence as you can see is of a person with the door open accepting the goods.
If the GPS co ordinates were placed elsewhere, if the image did not match the front exterior of the property and if DPD were not confirming previous deliveries to the same address, we would have a different conclusion.
If you are still disputing that you have not received the goods, this has to be theft, I recommend contacting your local authority for further assistance.

its just my door a little open with my legs in the shot, the parcels are still on the doorstep however

No, its just my legs behind the door, the parcels are on the front door step, my door is slightly open and my legs are behind the door

No, its just my legs behind the door, the parcels are on the front door step, my door is slightly open and my legs are behind the door
you cannot see anything except my left leg, even then you only see about half of it, everything above the torso is NOT in the photo
