I realize your circumstances don't favour the DNA, but can you have the package delivered to another location where you'll be the one accepting the delivery?
I've two addresses but both have doormans. In one will surely appear his name (99% of deliveries report it on the tracking page), on the other address 50% of times carrier leave the packages and no name appears on the tracking page.
But I've no other address that the carrier personally hand to me the packages

We've exhausted the majority of traditional methods.

The only suitable method available Is the disposed of the faulty Item, but they will request the return, so do expect a lengthy claims process. Or you can try your luck with EB'ing It.

I truly don't know what to think. I would risk with eb but at this time I don't know... maybe i'll think about it

I'd say go for it, you can always legit return it if it does fail.

I have done sucesfully a DNA. After 5 days i get a new steam deck. EZ
I could post screenshots from the support message, but they are all in german, so its useless.

Funny you should ask that. I deliberately took only the 64gb variant, because I thought that would be "less noticeable". I probably could have tried the 512GB variant, but I'm so happy now that it worked.
