They sent me the proof of delivery from the courier and on it, in the signature field, there was a little scribble (for sure the courier signed it) and I tried to pry on that while I was writing my emails. Now they ended on saying me I have to contact the courier and I don’t know whether to do this or to keep pushing them through emails
