Hey I have gotten my package. The postman did not ask for a signature or anything he just verified with me that it was the correct address, should I wait to the next day to say it didn’t arrive?

Also would it be a issue if the office lady/security guard was there to witness the whole thing?

If you're doing DNA I always wait two days. Otherwise they will tell you to wait anyway in case it was pre-marked as delivered, or to account for potential delays.

Absolutely.

Contact them the next day and say you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

What are the chances of her specifically remembering the events of how your package was accepted?

I'd say It's slim.

I have chatted with them today they have just said they will open a investigation with Toll.

There's no cause for concern.

It's standard procedure when claiming goods did not arrive.

@mothered The jb rep has emailed me saying my order was delivered and signed for at a specific time. They also provided a picture of a signature which isn’t mine. How should I reply to this?

Tell them exactly that - It's not your signature.

Also say that you're happy to provide evidence of your signature on request, which will clearly demonstrate the mismatch.

They have replied saying drivers haven’t been taking signatures due to the pandemic. But said “the proof of delivery states your name which means the driver has at least delivered to an XXX” how should I reply to this? He also asked if the details on the image that shows my address are correct.

They obviously already have your name on record, so how can that possibly be used to confirm the package was delivered to the correct recipient?
