Personally, how it worked for me (Canada) They simply made me create an account and gave me a free one that I could order online through their website but I still got the "replacement" one with no accessories.

I bought the whole package through AliExpress personally, pretty sure that's the cheapest even with the shipping cost.

Great tutorial thanks for posting it my replacement device is on the way. Very easy to do no pop or anything and went exactly as the method stated it would. (Image attached below as proof)

Someone used the serial number I provided them so I have to find a new serial number but it's very hard to do.

Re charging cables, it was a variant of the same technique both times. I explained I’d thrown away my charger when I’d been advised to dispose of my ‘device’ - that I’d kept my ‘accessories’ as requested but had assumed the charger was not deemed an accessory. The standard wording in their email makes no reference to the charger, which is an oversight by them really. First time was easy. Second time I had to push them a bit more. I’ll let you know how my next two go 😂😂
