In future, simply say you didn't check for signs of tampering at the time of receiving the package, but will do so and get back to them. Take your time with the reply.

In the event they decline the claim (as they did In this case), you can then say the package appeared damaged, hence the Item was stolen In transit prior to reaching your address. This approach serves as a backup with declined claims of this nature.

Cupple of weeks past and I just thought fuck it. Replied saying I was away and intend to start police investigation and paypal dispute. But wanted evidence of the scans first.

Instantley buckled. Said it was lit and refunded my straight away.

Wow what a balsy but very effective move

RE: EB Failures - Mikuballo - 01-20-2023

Anyone know if Sennheiser EB is still working? saw it on this thread earlier and wouldn't mind some new earbuds lol, same goes for samsung, love the galaxy buds2 and the pro's are on my radar

RE: EB Failures - tbfk - 01-24-2023

so tried my first EB on Samsung earbuds and after of almost 2 weeks they replied with

"We sincerely regret to learn that you have faced issue with your purchased device, however we would like to inform you that we cannot meet you request for product refund considering the product original packaging was not damaged and according to provided information from our logistics, we sent out unopened Buds SM-R177NZTAEUD RFAT919VQLJ box from our warehouse. The sent product weight also matched the full product weight."

asked them now to provide evidence of weight and condition how it left the warehouse and how it was delivered to packstation but it looks like a fail...

Any updates on this? I just ordered S23 Ultra and now I am not sure if I want to use FTID or EB.

So looks like it's going to be a slow and painful process with not a good chance of success. If they are making a fuss over $150, there is no chance for $1,500.
