Last time i tried se'ing perfume with the broken bottle method i failed since i didn't put water inside of it when smashed/ split around it.
They also wanted a picture of the package

Ive sent them an image of the broken glass, and was told that the photo is not mine (which it isnt). Is there anything I can do?

I was able to successfully change the compensation to a refund

Im not sure really, I just stayed persistent and stood firm to the fact that that it was the condition how I received it and I was unable to get any further photos due to having children in the household.
