Chat logs are stored In their database which can obviously be viewed there, but not from client to client.
Thats means they wont be able to see previous chat if im signed out?

Update: Contacted them again today. He said he will pass it to their team to start an investigation 5-8 days, but to solve it faster he refunded it instantly.

Yeah thats the best thing that can happen. But now I wont refund nike for a while, I'll do legit orders so I dont get into trouble.
