Just to make sure I remember everything correctly

Parcel came
I opened It
It was completely empty, no Sony box nothing
The parcel was NOT damaged or opened before

  • Parcel came
  • I opened It

  • Contacted the company 30 minutes later, and told the rep of the event above

Another question is do you know if the Support Sees which device im using right now? I know that they can see what ure typing before u hit enter, but do they see what device I use ?
