Probably them talking about system issues was all true.

I meant i didnt want to lose a chargeback opportunity for a refund that was already approved

btw, a friend of mine got insta refunded (also got the notification on paypal) after closing the chat, still working

Absolutely.

That's why you use chargebacks when all else fails.

received my refund within week no dramas, after a month of using the quest I received an email about my account being suspended. Spoke to meta support opened an investigation and they are now asking for receipt or proof of purchase. Has anyone had this issue?

I have. They'll keep it suspended, no matter what you do.
