Do note that they take photos and check goods at the time the order Is packed, hence the wrong Item received and the EB/PEB Is out of the question.

My point to my previous post, Is given an Incorrect Item Is legitimately received, why would the claim be declined? They're at fault for picking & packing a different Item to what was originally ordered.

Yeah for anyone in europe you have to organise the delivery yourself so I would assume you are liable for the delivery right?

Seems viable but i've seen people with those issues also been told to fork out the money. So i guess I'll have to just plead ignorance and ask for the return label

Yeah for anyone in europe you have to organise the delivery yourself so I would assume you are liable for the delivery right?

Usually they just ask for signature/ never had xp them taking photos of me/OTP in sms so I think DNA should be fine.
By you saying that they check goods - do they open box and check for manufacturer's fault? Looking for sunglasses

Under those circumstances, the DNA Is good to go.

They open the case to make sure the sunglasses are enclosed prior to sending It off to the buyer. Shade Station operates In the same fashion.
