"My name is xxx from the Warranty team, and I will be assisting you further with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) concern. We apologize for the inconvenience that you are currently experiencing with your device, and this is not the experience that Razer wants for our customers. But no worries, we'll be providing a replacement for your defective unit. For your convenience, we would like to know what shipping label would you prefer, DHL or FedEx? Just a heads up, you will have to drop off the device at the nearest courier using the prepaid shipping label that we will be creating. You may review the points below for your reference. 1. For our team to process a replacement, your device needs to be sent to our warehouse. We will provide you with a prepaid label for free to help you send the device back. 2. After we successfully receive the defective unit, then we can start processing the replacement unit. We will share the tracking details once we have them available. 3. The entire process of replacing your Razer device will take about 5-8 Business Days depending on how soon we received your defective unit. We will wait for your response." and "If possible, may we also request the original invoice that your seller has provided to you? This is for documentation purposes, it is okay if the receipt is in your local language. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We look forward to hearing from you." Mhm, interesting situation. What do you all recommend? The POP, I already sent them, but since they need it again, the chance it now becomes a problem will be a lot higher in my opinion - they would've said something if it was, until now, but they did not. Since I don't have the mouse, I'm thinking of the alternatives. No idea how to approach this, though. What to choose; a story of why I cannot send it, or an actual method. Would love to just send them nothing, but since they need 2 things, would rather send the easiest one and that would be the POP again, but like I said, I don't really trust it... What's the best alternative to boxing them? Am not really in the best state/situation to be doing that. And as for the POP, I will tell them I already sent it. You can try saying that you threw the mouse In the trash, for the reason that there was no purpose In keeping a non-functional Item. After all, who keeps broken products that serve no purpose whatsoever?
