@mothered After about 4 days the purchase was processed and today I made the request they told me that the case would be escalated and in 4 days I would receive an email with the information on the case, I keep reporting here how everything goes

Don't use reships, thhey denied my refund today though I used a "private" reshipper. I'm starting a claim with my financial institution right now

@mothered Done, I contacted them today by live chat and they said that I should wait for the confirmation email about the process, I insisted that I had been waiting for 5 days and they automatically processed the payment, it took approximately 8 days, from the purchase to finish the SE
