With account closures, the refund process Is different to an active account, which Is why you're experiencing the delay.

If they don't Intend on refunding, they would've said so after the account was closed.

This was a follow up email from the account closure email that i received first. “ As we informed you earlier, we have closed this account. This is because you have consistently asked us to issue refunds for a large number of your orders. While we expect the occasional problem with an order, we cannot continue to issue refunds to you at this rate.” Does this mean they would have canceled it?. Note this is a email they sent the day after the acc closure email as i replied to them asking why they shut my account*

They've approved the refund before the account closure, so you should still get It.

If you don't hear from them, which you probably won't, get In touch and ask when the refund will be processed Into your account.

Be sure to keep all previous communications (confirming the refund) on hand.
