Although, this issue is gaining more and more traction in recent years. I don't think the outcome will be one extreme or another. More often than not, it's a compromise. For example, the recent changes in law surrounding marijuana. Also, humans are humans, they will always use drugs or some other form of release. How many that use... now that's another question! Only time will tell

One thing's for sure, It's a significant amount. |
