DNA can't work with them due to their T&S.

I should change vacuum robot vrand or change the website where buy it.
Any suggestion at all? About the method etc? As I said the item is a vacuum robot, package around 80x80x30, 4-5kg.

At the end I managed to SE them anyway using the FTID method.
