Also, due to corona, I believe DPD isn't receiving signatures directly anymore? Not sure on that one. But it's not you or the driver's fault that the package was stolen from your door. An investigation isn't a bad thing, it's just part of the procedure. When/if driver gets there, just stick with the story that you saw the picture of the package at your door, but when you went to check up on it, it wasn't there. The GPS of our driver places him at the correct location. Our depot spoke to our driver who said your customer was behind the flat door and he told him to leave your parcel in front of the door. He said he does not want to open door. Our depot has also found previous deliveries matching to the current one. i wasn’t even home so the delivery driver is lying RE: american candy - Filament - 06-05-2020 (06-05-2020, 08:22 PM)steadyremiix Wrote:(06-01-2020, 09:22 PM)mothered Wrote:Our depot has informed us that our driver remembered this delivery. Is this from DPD or the candy company? Nobody was home at the time. When you did get home, there wasn't any package on the door. Stick with the story and keep persisting. If you have some kind of evidence you weren't home (i.e. create a receipt showing you were physically in the next town over during the time of delivery), that would help fight your case. I am willing to take this further as this is false information on their behalf. I’ve waited around two weeks for no outcome or resolution. Please could you put me in contact with your manager or someone senior? |
