waited for the right time, maybe is a president related thing, or its just money, or they struggled back then but they got it right and yeah....

On the top of my mind i think could be related to extreme rise of population and that could be like a test to see how it can affect also another country.

it might be about getting rid of people like every other conspiration and certain parties are paid to keep shut and stay in certain places till the virus will expand, already having the cure for it whomever launched it in a place with big population, which certain countries want to make it less of a bother and if this is actually a thing well it might be not, the matter may be of much more complexity and i'm not stupid enough to think right now of possibilities, having very little data

I'm pretty sure those people call themselves the higher-ranking people, they have the antidote so they don't die, and the people that die from the virus are like peasants.

If this was pre-planned, no doubt those who're responsible, would be well-prepared by looking after themselves with antidotes.

We'll probably never know exactly what caused the outbreak of this virus.
