It's just the monitor.

GL Biggrin

I got everything, but the AC adapter.

Did your rep mention 1 to 1 exchange? I just called them and seems good so far, but I'm not sure what they're expecting with it. The rep was unclear as he mentioned that then said when it arrives I call the courier for pickup separately.

So not sure if this ones successful. Looks like they're getting suspicious too as right at the end he asked for the manufacture date. as well.

Shit I messed up didn't I. I couldn't hear the guy properly, now it seems like they're expecting it back before they ship.

He didn't mention 1 to 1 he just told me it would be an exchange, incase you don't get a stand, just buy one on Amazon, they are quite good and offer way more than the original stand (most likely) the AC adapter costs about 20-30€

My monitor should be on it's way right now, major vouch for Vanfuzy here.
That being said, here is a run down of some things to keep in mind:

When you call support make sure they know you got this as a gift, otherwise they will want a purchase number. Also keep in mind that they will register your phone number in their system so if you don't have multiple phone numbers, don't be reckless. If you cant find a good picture of the monitor you want that is dying or discolored, you can try to say that it refuses to turn on and use a picture of the monitor turned off as an alternative. This is going to take much longer so it is not ideal. Support will have you email a picture of the monitor and after they receive it they will give yo a 10 digit case number. You should get an email from them asking to call and give them your shipping address the next business day, call them again and using that case number you will give them your address. The first call should take ~20 minutes, and the second phone call will be less than 5 minutes.

This is a very easy SE if you have a good picture. I can't imagine Lenovo will have this loophole for too long so if you are interested, now is the time to go for it. Major shout out to Vanfuzy for sharing this with the forums and the help over discord!

I agree with this. They are much more cautious now, compared to what you guys have mentioned, and have asked for extra information with email. I'l try again but seems like the low hanging fruit is gone.

Thanks for the help, and shout out to Vanfuzy for sharing.

Your chances of success are WAY lower when emailing.

It's still work as of now for the Y27 monitor, wish I had a Razer edition sn#. I just had to have a vaild serial number and a picture of a defective screen. I even pushed it to see if I was required to have a picture of a serial number or proof of purchase and they rep said it's not necessary. They're even sending me the power cables because I told them I don't want to keep the original just in case it was part of the cause. They just said to send back the old one when I can.

Pretty much when you get it you can say, if it's dropped off at your door, that it wasn't there when you got home or like others said, that you didn't see the paperwork to return the old one.
