I had prior my order 3 orders, after I attempted a DNA (3 bottles+insurance) they denied it
Escalated the matter by calling them all the time, nothing worked

Does Kohls reply to PP? I'm trying to figure out best method to SE a Ninja Slushi, but just in case it fails I want a backup.

Ended up doing DNA method with instant refund to account. $324 usd

No I had to chat with a rep, but they just didn’t seem to care at all and refunded no questions asked.

Paul Rich Watches also do not respond to PayPal, it seems like they don't even have a support rep which seems competent enough to answer customer mails..
