I used PEB. I was trying to escalate, but every agent said the case was done and decision won't be changed, so I didn't even get an opportunity to do it.

Well just write another email where you say that you can’t get over what happened and how you were not helped by them in anyway, then ask to speak to a higher manager and see what happens.. if the worse happens, you won’t get your refund anyway
