Need some assistance - ordered two shoes from Adidas, with the idea of doing a partial.
They arrived in separate deliveries, so when I received the more expensive pair, I called them up and said the box was empty. Adidas contacted the warehouse and conducted an investigation.
However seems like I was too eager as the person I got the trainers for informed me that they're way too tight!
So having realised that the Ultraboost trainers were worthless to me as they don't fit anyone I'd give the shoes away to and they don't have any resale value, half an hour later I called the customer service again and informed them that I'd found the items and they proceeded to make a note on the system and cancel any investigation. I have just returned the shoes, and received the other pair from the order today which I was going to actually pay for as they were about £30.
My question is, should I go for a size exchange and try get it refunded again or should I give up and try elsewhere?

I have ordered a laptop and monitor in 2 different orders on same amazon Australia account. But they sent both items in one big package which is 9.9kg in total. The laptop is lightweight and almost 1.5kg. Can i go with missing item method? The laptop is worth 2000 . I want to try with laptop missing method. Will it work?

I have a lot of cracked accounts from my country with very nice products and was wondering if you had some advise.
Packages in my country is signed for(99% of the time) and I was considering saying I received an empty box.

2. I read some in this thread nad you said u're always using DNA. Still DNA is the best method?
3. Investigation mean ,,u're in a losing position"? One order ago (on another address and cc and with other account, I get investigation) 3 days after I got refund email.
4. I want to order smartphone, from which? Amazon DE or Amazon fr? I wanna order cheap tel about 300€. Which method should I use?

What are some good legitimate reasons I could use for a method to not ship them the product back?? I’m this particular case it’s for a mini projector that I said no power. So can’t really use the “battery acid, don’t feel comfortable handling” method. But they want the projector back first to try and fix before they are able to send a replacement. It also says in warranty page that they do not accept responsibility for any items lost during shipping to and from company/purchaser.
Can I have some reasons or guidance on what I should do next? Thanks I’m advance.

Which shops are easy to make DNA via Paypal? I know that some companies don't answer when they've got a dispute. Thanks for help!

Most companies that operate online and have any sort of credibility will respond to your Paypal claim. However, if you keep your story consistent and claim you never received the package, Paypal generally likes to side with the buyer. Online stores like G2A used to be easy pickings for chargebacks as well, but after getting raped so much they've begun to respond to claims as well. Good luck.

First and foremost, who's the company?
In answer to your question, tell them that you've plugged It Into another power socket and It Immediately caught fire (yes, projectors are known to Ignite). As such, for health and safety reasons, you disposed of It there and then.
