Notino replied on the 9th day on 2 cases.
Would not recommend.
I did Sony Shop and they even had a total of 16days to reply (because i didnt escelated it to paypal directly) and still they didnt answer.
Hey mate what did you order from Sony? Wanted to try with some ps5s but will them brick them ?

You didn't have any issues at all? I actually know someone who had problems with Sony and it was completely normal they responded

Meta is really, really random. I've disputed 20 times or so on paypal and they've replied to 5 of them on the last day, there's no pattern to it, all of them have been the same item (Quest 3 512gb) and the same reason given (EB)

Since I wanted to get a Quest 3 no matter what the outcome, I tried to dispute on PayPal. Meta responded on the last day. I started using the headset shortly after since I figured it was over. PayPal is now asking me for a police report, should I even bother or is it just going to fail anyway? Haven't seen much in this thread about that from what I remember.

out of the 5 times they replied 1 paypal sided with me, another one with meta and the 3 other are still under review.
