It all depends on your (SE) level of experience.
I suggest targeting a respectable price range, nothing too expensive- as this will most likely lead to an Investigation. Given the nature of the Item(s), the partial or missing Item method are much of a muchness, hence either will suffice.

Would you happen to have a phone # or emails to walmarts corporate/management office? Not the public customer service contacts. This would be very helpful as I have a lot of legitimate reasons to contact them.
