UPDATE:

Meta have refunded me for my legit DNA claim, and offered me £50 as a gesture of goodwill. Which is completely useless to me as I don't have a Quest to use it on lol

Did they do an investigation with the carrier? What does tracking show? I guess the real question what makes them believe it's a real claim.

Yeah they did, but the tracking just says it was left at my house and no pictures or anything.
