I was using a cracked version of VMWare back in my Windows days, but I've been using VirtualBox on my Linux installation as it has a native package. Considering moving to Boxes as well as what I've used of the Gnome environment I'm quite fond of. Even with 32GB, I found myself force-quitting applications to unfreeze my machine. I don't know how people are scraping by with 8GB of RAM in this day and age. |
