What courier did bring you the box? And what method did u use? Because i know "correos", crosschecks every single package with the Seller, ask for a signature and ID on my city ( due to some past incidences with some claims ) and im afraid that i could not do this

Does he weight the package before giving it to you?
When I claimed EB months ago, the label clearly stated the weight, they still gave me a refund with no questions asked
Try and see, you can always return it if it doesn't work

I think so, before sending It to me, they weigh the package and then deliver to you, so if i do this Hope i get another courier, or atleast they dont go to "correos" to Talk with them

The currier is UPS, in my zone they don't even ask for a signature.
You should claim completely empty box, nothing inside, will work one time per address.
One time exception.
