I think "Victor" already caught up. He gave me a prepaid return label only.
He probably is the only rep and is getting 5 times of the usual requests.

@Craven88 It seems so, the individual is getting heavy amounts of SE Request they will commonly conduct a investigation, They will check and monitor the manufacturing facility to see if there is any fault, and then for anymore requests they will pursue legal action.
