Yep. I always triple check to make sure I've changed every aspect of the original. I go as far as even changing the last 4 digits of the card used, though not necessary.

When you buy something off of Amazon, you always get a digital receipt accessible from your Amazon account or email. You can use the inspect element feature on browsers such as Google Chrome to edit the product name, price, order number, etc. of that receipt to match what you need for your SE. Once it's edited you can take a screenshot of the receipt and that will serve as your fake POP.
If you need a more visual demonstration, there are plenty of YouTube tutorials on how to use inspect element.
