RE: Body Builders At A Dangerous Level - Tracefl0w - 07-02-2019 Showing veins can be good, however having multiple vericose veins all over is not something to be proud about. It comes from damaging the walls of the veins from improperly supporting the individuals vascular system to handle the stress they have from the workouts. Being dehydrated and taking excessive or improperly balanced supplements and/or hormones, is not exactly an admirable feature in my books. For snacks, I like to consume nuts or fruits. In short, you need to include a lot of protein in your diet. I've been encouraged to take supplements; however, I'm not a fan of "artificial muscle builders."
