There's a point of going without sleep that you get a weird high. It's like your brain turns off certain elements of your thinking, so nothing really worries you and you don't feel danger. The world becomes really mellow in my experience. Of course every part of your body is fighting you and telling you to go to sleep.

That sounds extreme, that's where any body part of yours could just shutdown.

You're right. I know people personally who have just collapsed and ended up in hospital from doing just that.

I didn't get affected that much so no lesson was actually learned, although I wouldn't do this again.

Pshhh...120 hrs was my max (and incredibly hard, but possible for me thanks to...reasons.) Although...looks like I could go further possibly....
