I'm aware of that quote, and while I agree with points of it, eh. If you're so worried about privacy, dismantle the US government. They're more of a threat to everyone's privacy than MS. RE: Fuck Skype; Everyone Move to Slack - BlueScreen - 10-27-2015 I'd like to mention that this slack chat has been up for almost a little over a week now and is a thousand times more active than the skype chat is at this point. There's now 12 more or less active people in there that tend to pop up in chat every now and then to say hi. If anyone is skeptical to join through the windows client or web-chat, and prefers IRC or XMPP joining is as simple as going to THIS link when logged in and opening your favorite IRC or XMPP client. There's also this which @Lain found and clearly says they disallow the NSA. https://slack.com/robots.txt (27-OCT-2015) >User-agent: * >Disallow: /messages >Disallow: /messages/ >Disallow: /quickstart >Disallow: /quickstart/ >Disallow: /go/ >Disallow: /unsub/ >Disallow: /files-pri-safe/ >Disallow: /link?url=* >User-agent: nsa >Disallow: / |
