I think so. The manga obviously is farther along than the anime. So yes. I'd recommend reading the manga.

It's worth waiting as I am thoroughly not enjoying having to wait for the next episode to come out. I like to binge watch anime.
(I would call it a marathon but that implies that it's a challenge... It's more like a severe addiction that I've given into.)

I always binge watch, unless it is a new anime that I have to absolutely wait for. It's an addiction that I've given in to.... but it's a good addiction. I'll keep it.
