I am new here, but not to pc's. I have read this whole article and its comments, and you guys are silly. If you want proper safe advice, just ask. Some things in life are free and great

I personally do know of ways that even using a free VPN, such as this, logs or no logs (they wouldn't be attached to you anyways), although Ive never used this one, there are ways to use it and still be anonymous, log free. If you are smart from the get go, you can run your network from a proxy, which is sort of a given, and then the VPN on top of that. Elite proxies are the best to use, not anonymous. Why is this? Because Elite proxies put you completely behind a proxy while an Anonymous one can possibly leave you hanging. For more info or questions, or further explanation, ask me.

Just get a cheap VPN, you're getting what you're paying for.
Or an alternative would be to just buy a VPS and setup an OpenVPN server on it.

I use www.privateinternetaccess.com, as well as other things, but as far as VPN's go, its decent.
