OpenVPN and cyberghost are the best i think,and is nice that they offer free trial and country to choose from

USAIP is my best VPN...easy to use, its just that it ain't fully free especially when it comes to opening secure sites.
Another wonderful one i use is PD-Proxy, very excellent...
