Okay let me verify this:
First of all this will never work...WHY?
1.ISP limited your net speed unless you uncap the modem there is no way in the world to increase your speed.
2.I'll believe this only with speedtest.net report before and after! After all seeing is believing
3.Cheatengine tool is great for online game hacking,etc. But speedhack to increase net speed that's way bizarre. I believe it changing only the value.

Just I said before its useless. THis hack only change the number when use this hack with fdm process it show mine 700KB/s(Fake). Since all of you guys are lazy here is the proof. Instead it seems my net speed decline due to your hack.
I don't know what the hell...speedtest.net data not showing here.

I have tested it 2 years ago and yeah it works on some machines under 32 Bits. but under x64, the story is different.
