Bose refused my last MEB, albeit it was the 2nd one with the same address but different customer and payment details.
Basically they said that weight with UPS corroborated with the factory weight etc.
Thankfully, used PayPal so I will be hitting them that way as last resort.

Did you try to make small changes in the address like Washington st to Washingtom st or you used exactly the same address?
How did go first MEB, did you get replacment and you sent it back?

The first claim it was the easiest refund ever. It was basically Live Chat, and the offered a refund almost instantly.
Foolishly, I used the same address, yes. Although, I changed the name. But really, I should have altered the address slightly...You live and learn I suppose.
