Hypothetically speaking, if I fail, what is the best way to ask for return label? Like my kids took it out from the box before I came home and I found it later laying around or? Anyone??
I didn't check, but isn't the return like most websites? You can login to your account/guest account and then just start a return without having to email customer service? Worst comes to worst, just start a new email thread and ask for a return and act like you never claimed the box was empty.

Tissot was able to verify that the watch was in the box through weight. They are currently conducting investigation through the courier to see if the weight was the same throughout the shipment process to my drop.

My MEB claim was approved following an investigation. They’d said they would cross check weights etc but either were unable to do so or were just lax with their investigation.

What was the value of your watch? Roughly or precisely. (There's multiple watches of the same value so you're not incriminating yourself by Shariy)
What country / region are you in?
And how long did it take for you to get refunded?
I'm still in the back and forth with them and they are delaying it and stalling.

Yes, fresh account. Just said the watch was missing. They initiated an investigation and 5 days later confirmed a refund. Sorry to hear yours hadn’t been so straightforward.

They are currently in talks with the delivery services and it's been almost a week. I doubt they have CCTV so that's my ace card if they try to come after me.
