I got the denial email from Meta twice within a few hours.

No i have not, but im guessing they have access to how many parcels go missing at my address from the courier

Why do you say that? Have you seen any proof of a store getting such information provided by a delivery company?

Honestly just open a PayPal dispute, Meta most likely wont respond anyways
