I don't mean to keep picking on Indian people as some are very nice but a large number of them will lie and say anything to get off the phone with you.
It's ingrained in their culture. I read a book about the generic medication business in India called Bottle of Lies and they actually have a word for that behavior called: Jugaad and your respected over there for doing it.

I told her that there wasnt any proof of evidence that there were no pictures of package being delivered and she said that thats why I need to file a police report. What should I say is there a way around the PR. I tried to manipulate around her not having any photographic evidence but shes persistent about me needing a PR. I tried to keep questioning her but she said there nothing she can do and shes just gonna close the chat what should I do?
