Quite literally in every email I sent for the last week I’ve said it needs to be escalated and a manager needs to be contacted but they ignore that so I don’t know how else to escalate it. You're bound to receive the appropriate attention. RE: Samsung s23 ultra - rasco1235 - 03-29-2023 So, refund received unfortunately Samsung has blocked the IMEI. I put my SIM in and now I’m a bit worried it will be tracked. It has a warning message “this product has been reported lost of stolen by the seller, please contact Samsung for passkey or return to seller.” It won’t let you use the phone basically without the passcode. Anyone heard of this before or know how to bypass @mothered any thoughts again thanks. There are a few In my area that do the job well. RE: Samsung s23 ultra - Hellboy97 - 03-31-2023 It is possible to change the IMEI of S23 model already? or do they have some other way to unblock it? RE: Samsung s23 ultra - cannyvalley - 04-04-2023 I just got a refund issued for my samsung s23 ultra. Boxing method went better than expected. Within a few days of them receiving the box, I was issued a refund. After they sent the email saying the box didn't have the item in it, I only had to have 1 short (25 minute) convo with support over live chat. Easiest shit of my life. For my first online SE this felt amazing. Now I'm wondering if I'll get an IMEI ban soon. Given how little trouble they gave me, do you think it's likely? RE: Samsung s23 ultra - Roadman - 04-05-2023 Samsung are well known for blocking IMEI after a "successful" SE, at least in the UK anyway. It could occur weeks after your refund. Consider your phone safe to use if its been a minimum of 2 months and no sign of any IMEI block. |
