Got into contact with notino and made the claim, they got back to me and said they can only offer a voucher or replacement, is there any way i can get a refund from this?

Get the replacement and then legit return it

Tell them that you've purchased the perfume (as It was needed for a gift) while the claim was being assessed, and would like a refund.

Alternatively, go with @azizouma's recommendation.

After nearly a month of constant pressure on Notino, I finally received my cash refund, i think they were hoping I forget by constantly telling me they will have an outcome in x amount of days then giving radio silence, to combat this I pressured with an email a day from 2 different emails and today I got the update that they’ll process my refund. Never take no for an answer.
